Retirement Group Counseling sessions through July have been cancelled. All employees registered for those dates have been notified.
Retirement Group Counseling sessions are held at the Office of Pensions in Dover. These sessions are informational and designed to provide employees who are within 2 years of retirement with a comprehensive overview of the State Employees’ Pension Plan and the retirement process. Each employee will receive a personalized estimate based on questions answered at the time of registration. Staff will be available to assist employees with individual questions or concerns.
Registration is required for Retirement Group Counseling sessions.
School district employees must register through Delaware’s Professional Development System (PDMS). Search for course number 28032.

Non-school district employees must register through the Delaware Learning Center (DLC). Search for Retirement Group Counseling.

You must complete and return the registration form attached in PDMS or DLC so staff can complete an accurate estimate. Email the completed registration form to Open.PEC@delaware.gov. Feel free to give us a call at (302) 739-4208 with any questions or concerns.
