The Pension Office training and development courses are designed to provide an organization's End-Users with the knowledge and skills necessary to use Pension Office system interfaces.
Courses Available to Meet Your Specific Training Needs:
Pen-App (Electronic Pension Application) Training – Course available for End Users that process Pension Applications for their organization.
Monthly Payroll and Human Resource Training – Course available for County and Municipality, Delaware Solid Waste Authority, Delaware State Education Association, and Diamond State Port Corporation End Users that manually enter Human Resource and Payroll Data into the Comprehensive Retirement Information System (CRIS).
Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Annual Billing Training – Course offers refresher/new End User training for the annual billing process. The training session includes hands-on, computer-based training and is mandatory for new End Users.
State Employees - click the link below to access the Delaware Learning Center: https://dhr.delaware.gov/training/. Once you've signed in, enter "Pensions" in the Global Search area at the top right of the page to view Pensions related training.
All Others:
Once we have received your Contact Change Form indicating the type of training you will need from our office, we will forward you a special link that will navigate you to the Delaware Learning Center. You will see instructions for registering a new Username and password. After you have registered as a new User to the site, you will be able to sign up for one of the training sessions.
Within the training session registration page, there is an attached Security Access Form and Instructions for completing the form. Be sure to complete and return the form to us prior to attending class.
